This notice applies to consumers, i.e. natural persons who conclude the contract outside their business, craft or professional activity. Business customers, including reseller plans, have no right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day the contract is concluded.
To withdraw, notify us with a clear statement, most easily by email to [email protected]. The postal address is stated in the order confirmation.
You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. The deadline is met if you send the notice before it expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received, without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We refund using the same means you used for the payment, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You bear no costs because of the refund.
If you asked for the service to start during the withdrawal period, you must pay a proportionate amount for what has been provided by the time you notify us of your withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the service under the contract.
