How do ordering and activation work?
Choose a plan and fill in the order. Once payment is confirmed we activate the account in our control panel and email you the login details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Currently: card (via Stripe) and bank transfer to a transaction account. Payment is made upfront for the full 12-month period.
Can I move my existing website or email?
Yes. You can move the site yourself via the panel or FTP. For a more complex migration, get in touch and we’ll agree on how to do it.
Do you also register domains?
We don’t currently register domains as part of the plans. You register the domain with a registrar of your choice and manage the DNS records in the panel to point it at the hosting.
How long is the contract and how does it renew?
The contract lasts 12 months and does not renew automatically. We send a reminder before it expires, so you decide whether to renew.
What if I need more resources later?
Get in touch and we’ll move you to a suitable plan.
Can I withdraw from the contract?
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days. All details are on the Withdrawal page.
What about backups?
We make automatic backups for system recovery. They do not replace your own storage, so keep your own copy of important data.
